We are happy to be named in your Will as your Executors and we work very closely with a national firm of solicitors.  We do not believe in ‘pre-paying’ for this service during your lifetime because it is very hard to predict the future.  Divorce, care fees, a failing business, extreme hardship or just spending throughout retirement could result in your estate being heavily reduced in size and we believe that such fees should reflect the size of the estate at the time of your death. By pre-paying, you could end up paying out a lot more money than you actually need to. 

STAND ALONE PROBATE & ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

We are happy to act for an Executor who would like professional help.   We will agree any fees in advance and upon their instruction we will arrange to meet with the Executor and gather all relevant information and paperwork. We provide regular updates throughout the process and you will also be allocated with a direct telephone number to a named contact should you have any questions at any point.  We will not pass you from pillar to post!
